Contractors
Partners → Contractors holds your upstream parties — the organizations that give you transport work.
From their side of the relationship, you are their subcontractor. One relationship, each side seeing half of it.
The list
Search contractors finds them by name, and Filter by status narrows:

Contractors and waybills
Contractor is one of the waybill filters. On the waybill list, filter by Contractor to see only goods from one upstream party.
Contractors vs sender accounts
Both are "people who send you goods", but at different levels:
