Drivers
Partners → Drivers manages your own drivers: accounts, vehicles and status.
The search box at the top matches name, email, phone or licence.
Two ways to add someone
The two buttons in the top right do different jobs:

| Invite Driver | The driver will confirm deliveries through LINE — see Delivery confirmation. Generates a registration link to send them |
| Add Driver | You're creating the record yourself. Name and phone are required |
Invite Driver generates the link and copies it automatically — paste it straight into LINE. Links expire after about two days; generate a new one if it lapses.
If you're told the organization has no API credentials, generate them in the organization settings first, then come back and invite.
The vehicle decides what they can be given
A driver's record carries their vehicle and vehicle type. That isn't decoration — when planning deliveries, the driver dropdown only lists drivers whose vehicle type matches the trip.
If a driver is on shift but can't be assigned, check their vehicle type first.
Active and inactive
Drivers can be switched between Active and Inactive at any time. Inactive drivers aren't offered for assignment.
Deactivate rather than delete when someone leaves — past deliveries and tracking still reference them.
